The location is unbeatable, just a minute from the Duomo. Big shoutout to Teresa for being super helpful with our bags! Just a heads up, those stairs can be a workout after a long day!

During my stay, the stairs to my room were a serious challenge, especially after a day of wandering through Florence. The lack of a lift on many floors made it especially hard to navigate with luggage. Also, I couldn't believe that a place labeled as a bed and breakfast offered no breakfast options at all.

My stay at Relais Tosinghi was wonderful! The staff, especially Teresa and Fatima, were exceptional, providing warm hospitality and even helping me with my luggage. The room was spotless, spacious, and centrally located near the Duomo, making it easy to explore the city.

Stairs can be quite challenging.

The location struck me instantly—just a few steps from the Duomo. Wandering around was a breeze, with great shops and gelato spots nearby. The decor of the hotel felt stylish and cozy, bringing a lovely ambiance. Fatima, the receptionist, offered incredible recommendations for restaurants, ensuring I didn't miss the best local eats. However, navigating 58 stairs to reach my Standard Double Room was quite the workout. The elevator was misleading. you had to climb stairs just to access it. The room was clean but could use better soundproofing since street noise was quite noticeable at night. The air conditioning was far from the bed, making it muggy upon returning. Missing breakfast options was disappointing too. Wish they’d consider serving at least some light options for guests to start the day. These aspects could definitely enhance the stay for future travelers.

However, reaching the room involved navigating several flights of stairs, which could be exhausting, especially for those with mobility concerns. Additionally, the lack of air conditioning proximity to the bed made returning to a warm room uncomfortable after a long day of exploring. While the location was ideal for sightseeing, the absence of breakfast options was noticeable.

i had a great time at relais tosinghi during my relaxing spa holidays. the location is perfect, just a short walk to all the tourist spots, and the staff were incredibly helpful. the quadruple room was spacious and had a cozy mezzanine for the kids.

I had a fantastic time! Fatima surprised us with a beautiful bottle of champagne to celebrate our special trip, and the room was just so cozy with an amazing view of a famous landmark that made our mornings so much better.

It wasn’t inexpensive! but given everything we got, it was acceptable.
